Note:

  1. Installation method: Ensure that the resistor is securely fixed on the mounting surface through at least four surrounding mounting holes.
  2. The inlet of the resistor should be on the same horizontal line as or lower than the outlet.
  3. Use PVDF material water pipes of Φ6/Φ4mm specifications for inlet and outlet pipes.
  4. Before use, flush with water to remove air from the circulation loop and the resistor.
  5. Due to the high operating current of the resistor in this specification, ensure reliable electrical connections between the cable and the lead-out terminal to reduce contact resistance.
  6. The water pressure should not exceed 1.5 MPa during normal operation.
  7. Normal operating conditions: Ambient temperature: 0-60°C; Inlet temperature: 0-70°C; Inlet flow rate per resistor: 2-5 L/min; Outlet temperature: ≤80°C, Cooling water electrical conductivity ≤5 μs/cm (lower conductivity is preferred).
