Attention:
1,The resistor should be mounted on the heatsink using 2 M4 screws with a torque of 4N.
To enhance thermal conductivity, the contact surfaces must be clean, and the contact surfaces (alumina, heatsink) should be 2,coated with thermal grease.
3,The surface flatness of the heatsink should be within 0.05mm to 0.1mm per 100mm, with a roughness of 6.3μm.
4,When in use, ensure that the maximum operating temperature on the heatsink surface does not exceed 125°C.
