Lean Management Program Launch: Strengthening Operations for Greater Quality and Efficiency

A commitment to continuous improvement sets the stage for stronger manufacturing performance and customer value.

March 19 — Our company officially launched its Lean Management Capability Enhancement & Production Site Improvement Training Program, marking a new chapter in our journey toward smarter, more efficient, and more standardized operations.

Led by our Chairman, Mr. Yang Luhua, and Vice General Manager & Tech Company Chairman, Mr. Cai Zhuang, the launch meeting brought together our General Manager, Mr. Zhao Hongtao, and management teams across all departments. Together, they set the direction for putting lean management principles into practice across the entire organization.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Yang underscored why lean matters to us: “Lean management is the engine that drives quality and efficiency. It starts on the production floor, relies on the active participation of every team member, and thrives on a problem-solving mindset that never stops improving.” The message is simple — embed lean thinking into every process, turn better thinking into better action, and let stronger management power sustainable growth.

Mr. Cai added that with competition intensifying across the industry, the ability to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency has never been more important. “Lean management is not just about streamlining processes and eliminating waste,” he said. “It is a strategic investment in building a capable, agile team and strengthening our long-term competitive edge.”

The program’s course design, training objectives, curriculum, and implementation roadmap were presented in detail, and two trainee representatives shared their commitments to actively drive the improvement forward.

With the kickoff complete, our lean management system is now in full implementation. Looking ahead, we will focus on three key pillars:

  • Production site improvement — making the shop floor cleaner, safer, and more efficient
  • Process efficiency optimization — removing waste and speeding up workflows
  • Talent empowerment — building a workforce that owns continuous improvement

Through these efforts, we aim to deliver better products, leaner operations, and stronger performance — ultimately creating greater value for our customers and positioning our company for sustained growth in the years ahead.
